We Understand the Challenge and We Can Help

Science-Backed Methods

Our treatments are backed by extensive research conducted in conjunction with NIH and noted universities. One notable study, conducted in collaboration with Florida State University and the University of Florida, is hailed as one of the most powerful dyslexia intervention studies to date.

Comprehensive Assessment

We believe in addressing the root cause of learning disabilities. Our thorough assessment of cognitive and motor functions provides an analysis of how an individual learns, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and deficits contributing to their difficulties.

Intensive Treatment

Our therapies treat the root causes of learning disabilities rather than just the symptoms. We utilize the NOW!® Programs’ research-based and evidence-based methods to build and strengthen weak or missing skills that are behind learning difficulties.

Transdisciplinary Approach

Our transdisciplinary assessment and treatment team includes professionals in child psychiatry, clinical psychology, neuropsychology, occupational therapy, special education, and speech-language pathology and is equipped to address a wide range of needs.

Deep Expertise

The Morris Center is led by Dr. Tim Conway who has performed extensive research in the areas of dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other disorders. He holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology. The Morris Center team has over XX years of collective experience in their specialties.

Background on The Morris Center

The Morris Center was founded by developmental behavioral pediatrician Dr. Ann Alexander and is owned and operated by Dr. Tim Conway. Our research and clinical data repeatedly support the success of the intensive, transdisciplinary treatment model. Equally important, the treatment outcomes are robust and typically long term with little to no follow-up required.

The Morris Center is an all-inclusive neurodevelopmental treatment and assessment center. We help improve the skills of children and adults who have difficulty with school or job success due to difficulty with any of the following:

  • reading
  • spelling
  • comprehension
  • writing
  • speech
  • math
  • sensory processing
  • attention
  • behavior
  • social skills

The Morris Center uses a transdisciplinary team of caring professionals, individually tailored assessment and treatment, and a scientifically proven treatment program. This program makes long-term improvements to weak skills that may cause academic or professional difficulties. As weak skills become stronger, learning becomes more efficient and the learner feels more competent and confident; Improved self-esteem is consequently an added benefit of our treatment program

A Team Built to Achieve Results
